I have been a tenant with excelRENT for over 6 months now and I am very impressed with the standard of care provided. I get a regular check in email and if I have mentioned anything with the house that needs looking at, Kirsten is very prompt with response and to organise for someone to investigate and complete when necessary. A block of chocolate left on the counter after a house inspection is a very cute touch also. Especially for a chocoholic! I am very satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend Kirsten as an agent!
