We cannot praise Kirsten highly enough. We initiated contact when we found the property we were interested in. Living interstate posed the sight unseen issue for us, however Kirsten happily shared a face time call with us to peruse the property and then sent through a full video walk through of the property.

This type of personal service was completely unexpected, but very welcomed. Upon being the successful applicants Kirsten’s communication was regular and her responses incredibly timely, the polar opposite to what we’d experienced with our previous agent/landlord.

Timing was of the essence to access the property; navigating the removalist truck, flights and transitioning our pets across a two day drive. All of this occurred so easily with Kirsten’s support.

Once we’d moved in Kirsten’s communications continued ensuring we’d settled in ok, she’d already answered questions and requests via phone and email prior to moving in and upon completion of the tenancy report by us, had been in contact with the landlord and responded promptly to our queries.
